1. Who we are
Velo is operated by CleanReach, London, UK. We're the data controller for the personal data we collect about you when you use Velo.
2. What we collect
We collect three categories of data:
- Account data — your name, business name, email, and billing details when you sign up.
- Configuration data — the voice samples, services, pricing rules, and booking links you give us during onboarding.
- Operational data — the leads Velo replies to on your behalf, including their names, contact details, and the content of replies sent.
3. How we use it
We use your data to deliver Velo: to reply to your leads, to send you notifications, to bill you, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data, ever.
4. Who we share with
We share data with the third-party services that power Velo — including OpenAI (for AI replies), Stripe (for payments), Smartlead and Meta (for the channels you connect), and the email or hosting providers we use to run the service. We use only providers that meet GDPR standards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your Velo account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation in case you reactivate. After that, we delete it. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@usevelo.uk.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@usevelo.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
8. Contact
Questions or complaints? Email hello@usevelo.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
