Terms of Service

By using Velo, you agree to these terms. Velo is operated by CleanReach, London, UK. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Velo provides automated lead reply software for service businesses. Velo connects to your chosen channel — Meta lead ads or cold email — and sends replies on your behalf using AI trained on your tone and rules.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of any business you connect to Velo.

Velo is £499 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your first 7 days are free. After the trial, your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@usevelo.uk — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use Velo to send spam, harass anyone, send unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Velo uses large language models to generate replies. While we work hard to make Velo accurate, you remain responsible for everything sent under your account. Every reply Velo sends is mirrored to your inbox so you can review and correct in real time.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee Velo will be available without interruption. We are not liable for missed leads, lost revenue, or other consequential losses caused by downtime, errors, or third-party service outages.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
